    1. App. 2757:  AD Holding 10 Elm Street, Inc. – 10 Elm Street(Block 3103, Lot 2).  Major site plan for new 5-story mixed-use building with 22 dwelling units.  The applicant has asked that the application be carried to a future date so that the plan can be revised.  New notice will be provided once a date is determined.
  3. New Business:
    1. App. 2774:  103 Grove Street – Storage Deluxe. (Block 4205, Lot 5).  Preliminary and major site plan application for a 3-story, 82,664 square foot self-storage facility.
