On December 7, 2020, the Planning Board adopted a resolution establishing procedures for remote meetings during a state of emergency. These procedures reflect the requirements in N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 through 1.7, Emergency Remote Meeting Protocol for Local Public Bodies, to ensure that the Board can continue to conduct official business in an open and transparent manner whenever a declared emergency exists that prohibits physical attendance by members of the public.

January 11, 2021– 7:30 p.m.

This is a remote meeting using Cisco Webex Events that is open to the public and will be broadcast live on TV34 and Montclair Government YouTube. The public can participate in the meeting via computer or phone.

  1. Call to Order and Statement of Compliance with Open Public Meetings Act. This meeting is being broadcast live on Channel 34 and is streaming live at, on demand and can and will be re-broadcast.
