Alarm Registration – Do you have an alarm system?

If your answer is YES, please be aware that the Township of Montclair has a burglar and fire alarm ordinance (Ordinance 06-16) which helps us improve our ability to provide emergency services.

All alarm systems which, when actuated, produce an external audible or visual signal or automatically notify a central station, such as independent burglar, hold-up, fire or panic alarms must be registered.

You may register your alarm online at the Township of Montclair False Alarm Reduction Program site. This site will answer all questions regarding the alarm registration process. Here you will be able to register an alarm or pay a fine.
