* Beverly Rd. between Fairmount Ave. & Waterbury Rd. on 09/30 to 10/07 (weekdays only)
* Morningside Ave. between Watchung Ave. & Beverly Rd. on 10/07 to 10/09
* Christopher St. between Beverly Rd. & Watchung Ave. on 10/08 to 10/11
Work will occur daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

On Thursday, September 12, 2024, The Township of Montclair officially promoted Robert Duncan to the position of Fire Chief. Mr. Duncan has been with the department since 1994. Having first been promoted to Lieutenant in 2003, then to Captain in 2010, and to Deputy Chief in 2015. Mr. Duncan has been serving as Acting Fire Chief since April 2024.
