Parents Night Out: A Fundraising Event for Montclair High School PTA

The MHS PTA works year-round to implement initiatives that support our students, staff, and the MHS community. From back-to-school night to graduation, we aim to create a year filled with initiatives that enhance the student learning environment and cultivate a strong sense of school spirit and pride

Teachers Lounge Refresh: Help us transform the MHS teachers' lounges into cozy, supportive spaces for rest and renewal. These lounges will provide a peaceful retreat for teachers to recharge and build community.

Mountie Radio, A Student-Run Campus Station: We aim to establish a student-run campus radio station, giving students hands-on experience in broadcasting, media production, and content creation. Imagine MHS sporting events being broadcast live! Funds will be used to purchase equipment, including microphones, soundboards, and broadcasting software.

Grounds Beautification: Your contributions will help continue the development of the student-designed, sustainable outdoor commons areas. Students are already enjoying the new picnic tables and landscaping on Midland Ave. With your generous donations, we can further fund additional projects and bring this outdoor oasis to life!

MHS Social Events: Your support funds student dances, field trips, educational assemblies, and social events. These events offer exciting opportunities for students to connect, learn, and create lasting memories. From themed Homecoming dances to Senior Sunrise, your contributions ensure inclusive events that boost school spirit and strengthen our community.

We are seeking event sponsors and in-kind donations from businesses and individuals to include in our silent auction fundraiser. By contributing, you’re not just donating to a cause—you’re investing in the future of ALL of Montclair’s students. MHS PTA is committed to ensure that every dollar raised goes directly toward improving the educational experience for everyone at MHS. We thank you for your consideration to support MHS!

MOUNTIE Sponsor - $1,000 Company name and website link (and logo, if applicable) added to the event ticket and auction site, company information (and logo, if applicable) included in all event communications to the MHS community, 1 special email promotional email to MHS community, and company name/logo included in event signage and materials.

BULLDOG Sponsor - $500 Company name and website link (and logo, if applicable) added to the event ticket and auction site, company information (and logo, if applicable) included in all event communications to the MHS community and company name/logo included in event signage and materials.
