The Essex Vicinage invites you to the Landlord/Tenant Seminar for both landlords and tenants on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024 from 6 - 7:15pm. Staff from the Essex Vicinage and representatives from local agencies will discuss a variety of available services, with a focus on resources for landlords and tenants. 
 
Topics will include:

• the voluntary pretrial/settlement conference process

• the courts’ role in handling eviction complaints

• the rights and responsibilities of landlords

• the rights and responsibilities of tenants
