Forms must be submitted with a filing fee of $10 per dwelling unit.

PLEASE PRINT YOUR COMPLETED FORMS AND SUBMIT WITH A CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO THE “TOWNSHIP OF MONTCLAIR.”

Returned Check Fee: As per the Township Ordinance O-05-38, a fee of $20.00 will be charged for any returned payment.

Send the completed forms along with the accompanying check to: Montclair Rent Control Office, 205 Claremont Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07042.

Please inform the Rent Control Office if any individual listed on the forms is entitled to the protections afforded under “Daniel’s Law” (P.L. 2020. c.125)
