Parking Utility message to all Permit Holders

Monthly Parking Permit Holders,

IMPORTANT UPDATE: A HANGTAG IS NO LONGER REQUIRED TO BE DISPLAYED. YOUR LICENSE PLATE WILL SERVE AS YOUR PERMIT MOVING FORWARD.

The updated permitting system now incorporates your previous data. If you previously held a monthly permit, please click the "Renew" button for your February renewal. Please avoid choosing the Blue "CLICK TO PURCHASE" option, as an approval process is mandatory for ALL EXISTING MONTHLY PERMIT HOLDERS.

In this new system it is essential to validate your registration card and identification. Some permits may also require proof of address, so please ensure to upload your lease agreement or Utility Bill for a smoother process.

We appreciate your patience during the transition to our new system. The company handling our monthly permitting informed us that the old system has reached its end of life, and regrettably, they are discontinuing monthly permitting with no direct replacement for the product we have been utilizing.

To streamline the renewal process for the new permitting system, we had the new company import the data. However, there have been a few challenges encountered along the way. We acknowledge that some customers may still be navigating through the process and might not complete their purchase by February 1st and you will not be penalized by this.

Approval of your request is a prerequisite before your license plate (this is your new permit) becomes active. The Parking Utility is actively working to ensure everyone successfully establishes your accounts and obtains all parking permits. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
