ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Montclair Township has received a grant from Sustainable Jersey to create a native landscape demonstration garden, showcasing the benefits of native plants for both ecosystem and personal health. Native plants purify the air, reduce flooding, strengthen and support ecosystems and biodiversity, and require minimal maintenance.
By transitioning your lawn - or even a portion of it - to a native landscape, you can enhance your property while benefiting your health, your community, and the environment.
